Items that may not be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind...
Music On The Move will not refund, credit or exchange items in the following categories if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision:
- Sheet music
- Music & Manuscript Books
- Strings that have been opened or installed on an instrument.
- Opened or used accessories.
- Music Gifts
However, if you have received a product that has a serious fault like missing pages in a music book or a CD that doesn't work
please don't hesitate to contact us on 9585.1656.
How To Return Items (if prior agreement has been made)
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the customer and Music On The Move.
Please email us at email@example.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
If items were purchased through our online store and a refund is due please include all return postage receipts.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; we therefore advise you to take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier.
Music On The Move will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure your parcel.
